Meet Chef Nancy Waldeck, author of "Taste and Savor: Delicious Healthy Recipes And Tasty Wine Tips" at The Little Shop Of Arts And Antiques from 1 pm to 3 pm Saturday, April 23rd.
As a chef and breast cancer survivor, Chef Waldeck believes food should be fast, fun, healthy and taste great!
Chef Waldeck will share tips on healthy cooking with a live demonstration on Saturday. Her book will be available for sale at the shop. Cost is $18.95. Her book is colorful and full of tips and ways to use ingedients in new and different ways.
She shares her cooking views at Cooks Warehouse, Piedmont Hospital, St. Joseph's, and various other spots around Atlanta.
A portion of every book sold is donated to cancer wellness.
The Lilburn Woman's Club is co-hosting this event. 30% of shop sales on the 23rd (excluding book and art exhibitors) will be donated to the Lilburn Woman's Club for the American Cancer Society Relay Rally on April 29th.
Daffodils will be on sale for the "Garden Of Hope" in the Lilburn City Park.
