Posted on Patch March 28. 2011

Questionable Characters

A cool and dreary day did not stop the music on Main Street or photographer Greg Williams from jogging and photographing the local scene.

“Questionable Characters,” Stan and Bruce, performed for a second time at . This two-man rock team likes to jam on the porch of 96 Main Street. In fact, the porch has been named the “Questionable Characters Performing Deck” in their honor. Be sure to check the Lilburn Patch events calendar. They will be back on Main Street soon!

How smart can a car be? Well this black Smart Car was smart enough to come shop in Old Town on Saturday. Marie, the owner of this Smart Car, had fun shopping.

Did you know The Enchanted Forest has an online shop? Visit its website and see what it has to offer at http://www.theenchantedforestgifts.com/. It’s a great way to shop if the weather makes you want to stay at home!

Spring rain makes flowers bloom. The wisteria on Main Street was a lovely sight to behold.

Thanks to photographer Greg Williams for his photos of the musicians, smart car and wisteria. Greg and his wife Kathy moved to Lilburn in 1994. They are the proud parents of two girls and a son. Greg likes to use a Canon 60D for his photographs. His goal is to take a photo a day for a year. Look for more of his photography on Old Town Happenings.

Mark your calendar for Antiques In Old Town’s Spring Open House April 8 and 9. Come by and meet Terry Kay at The Little Shop Of Arts And Antiques on April 9 from 2 to 4. He will be signing his newly released novel, “Bogmeadow’s Wish.”

There is more happening in Old Town then you realize. Be sure to come visit!
